This NDA is entered into between NexusStream AI Platform and the Contributor.

1. Confidential Information

Includes AI streaming algorithms, platform architecture, source code, and unreleased features.

2. Obligations

Maintain strict confidentiality and use information solely for project contributions.

3. Term

Remains in effect for 5 years after project involvement ends.
